You may cancel your order, for any reason, within TWO WEEKS of ordering and receive a full refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is not received within that three week period, the deposit is forfeited.
	We will notify you by email when your carpet is about to be shipped.  We will give you a tracking number when your carpet is shipped.
	When you receive your carpet, please inspect it for damage and confirm that no mistakes have been made in processing your design and color choices.   If your carpet is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately by E-mail at generalinfo@karmacarpets.com or call us at 646.429.0984.
	After we receive your return request, we will arrange for return shipment, usually within 48 hours.
	A full refund will be provided as follows if we deliver a rug which is not as specified (size, color or design) at the time of ordering (acceptable variation on the shade of any color ordered is 15% lighter or darker than the yarn presented at time of ordering): -- All charges, including shipping from Nepal and sales tax (if applicable), if your carpet was received by you damaged or not as ordered. -- All charges, including shipping from Nepal and sales tax (if applicable),  minus return shipment to our US office, if returning your carpet for any other reason.

PLEASE NOTE: Some custom size and custom colored carpets may be impossible for us to re-sell if returned to us. For this reason:

All custom size and custom colored carpet sales are final and non-refundable.
