 service policy
  • You may cancel your order, for any reason, within three weeks of ordering and receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • We will notify you by email when your carpet is about to be shipped.  We will give you a tracking number when your carpet is shipped.   
  • When you receive your carpet, please inspect it for damage and confirm that no mistakes have been made in processing your design and color choices.   If your carpet is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately by E-mail at generalinfo@karmacarpets.com or call us at

  • After we receive your return request, we will arrange for return shipment, usually within 48 hours.
  • A full refund will be provided as follows if we deliver a rug which is not exactly what was specified at the time of ordering:

    -- All charges, including shipping from Nepal and sales tax (if applicable), if your carpet was received by you damaged or not as ordered.

    -- All charges, including shipping from Nepal and sales tax (if applicable),  minus return shipment to our US office, if returning your carpet for any other reason.

*Some custom size and custom colored carpets may be impossible for us to re-sell if returned to us. For this reason:

All custom size and custom colored carpet sales are final and non-refundable.
